Students were presented with three scenarios set in a hospital. Students had to identify the considerations the nurse should take into account when responding to each scenario and then respond.

Annika’s responses were incredibly sophisticated as the considerations identified included risks across all areas of communication from setting, to body language, to tone, to choice of words... Annika’s responses were explained in each scenario, demonstrating a high level of critical thinking. The information was also very well presented both content and from a design perspective.
