Students were presented with three scenarios set in a hospital. Students had to identify the considerations the nurse should take into account when responding to each scenario and then respond.

Ozin showed a lot of empathy and consideration for the patients across all scenarios. Ozin’s considerations were appropriately different across all scenarios, for example, the course of action for the paediatric patient involved interactivity and games whereas the elderly patient was provided with detail in a serious way and offered the opportunity to ask further questions. This showcased Ozin’s adaptability and communication skills.
