We believe every student should have access to the knowledge, experiences, and industry connections that will help them make informed career choices.

By empowering students with industry exposure, digital tools, and practical skills, we help them make confident decisions about their futures. We exist to bridge the gap between education and employment, ensuring young people leave school and tertiary study with a clear understanding of their opportunities.

Partnering with schools, universities, employers and industry, we give students access to on-demand industry experiences and pathway insights. As we continue to grow, our mission remains the same: to close the gap between education and employment - one student at a time.

Who is behind TCD?

The Careers Department has been built by a team of educators, designers, content creators, and technologists who care deeply about how young people experience career education. Over the past decade, everything we’ve created has been guided by a simple question: “If I was 16, would this actually engage, help, or motivate me?” That lens continues to shape a platform that feels relevant, practical, and genuinely useful for students.
