Digital Badges provide students with verified, shareable credentials linked to meaningful, industry-aligned work experience.
They help level the playing field by enabling employers to scale work experience programs and reach students in regional and remote communities across Australia.
Badges are portable outside the platform, allowing students to showcase them in resumes, portfolios, applications, and online profiles as a recognised proof of capability.
Importantly, employer partners define what students must do to earn each badge, allowing organisations to set a minimum standard and pre-vet students based on the skills that matter most.

Your Company Page creates a dedicated presence for your organisation within the platform, giving students a view of who you are, what you do, and where they could fit.
You can showcase roles, pathways, and information about current projects. Your page will appear when students search for your industry; or when they explore content relevant to you. They are able to 'follow' your page, or add any of your hosted jobs or pathways to their Game Plan.
