Two Types of Profiling

The Careers Department offers two forms of profiling, combining structured psychometric insight with real content engagement data to cater for different students and profiling purposes. Both profiling tools can be used once or revisited multiple times, providing an evolving understanding of what suits a student over time.

Career Profiling

Our psychometric Career Profiling helps students explore their working style, strengths, interests, and values. Students receive an eight page report giving them a clear foundation for understanding how they think and the types of environments and roles where they are most likely to thrive.

Video Profiling

The video-based profiling feed works similarly to a social platform, learning from what students watch, skip, and engage with to continuously surface careers, industries, and pathways that align with their interests in a way that feels natural and engaging.

Connected to Real Pathways

Profiling insights are directly linked to industries, roles, and platform experiences, allowing students to move from self-awareness into action by exploring pathways that align with their strengths and preferences.

Reporting and Targeted Guidance

Profiling results can be used at both an individual and cohort level to guide career conversations, identify emerging interests, and target opportunities. Schools can use this data to design initiatives, align students to relevant pathways, and deliver more focused, data-led career education.
